Kiryas Yoel, MonDroe. Hatzollah Angry With NY State Police
Hatzlah Ambulance Corps Volunteers from Kiryas Yoel, MonDroe descended upon the state police barracks just outside their village yesterday morning to complain, because NY State Troopers have ticketed Hatzollah volunteer members.

Ziluo - This is surprising, there is no ticket blitz, no crackdown, there seems to be a lack of understanding as to how state police operates. Professional courtesies have not been extended.
