The Town Board met to see if the camp violates the zoning code, which dos not allow camps in the Town of Delaware.
"We have to prove a violation does exist," the Town Supervisor said. "If we're on firm legal grounds and we can prove it, we'll proceed with legal action."

A lawer for the camp will make their case at tonight's public hearing at Town Hall.
"We are going to assure the town we're going to live by their rules and try to accommodate the neighbors as best we can." the lawyer said.
