Manhattan +Brush Fire+ At the Harlem River Drive and 155th St. there is a large brush fire, about 100 yards of brush burning, heavy smoke condition on to the roadway. FD Engine 69 and PD Highway on the scene, with some lanes on the S/B and N/B closed, expect heavy delays on the Harlem River Drive and the F.D.R. N/B.
