Monticello - Residents Blasted Trustees Over Landfill Plan

Monticello - Village residents last night blasted the trustees for dragging their feet on passing a law banning a planned supersized expansion of the county landfill.

More than 50 people showed up for the meeting, carrying anti-landfill signs.
