Bronx +Major Deegan Closed+ Southbound Major Deegan Expressway near the Macombs Dam Bridge south of the Cross Bronx Exp. is closed due to a MVA of an overturned garbage truck with 4 people injured and one still missing, large police presence, ESU, Highway units, Aviation and EMS all on the scene.
