Is this blog going to become an online log of all Hatzoloh's calls?

People who call hatzoloh are entitled to privacy. Posting every call that you hear on the scanner is not right.

What is the problem with reporting MVA's on major highways??

It is a great help for people planning on going somewhere thru that highway/road...

i am scratching my head and trying to figure out exectly what kind of privacy you expect when being involved in a 3 car mva on the belt parkway

what you do need then is all the help you can get, unless you are a bucher and took your fathers car for a joy ride

Its not about this in particular that Im concerned about, Im concerned about the trend that you have of publishing hatzoloh calls, like the one of the child choking in Wmbsbg.

Its very simple how to get all calls scanner stopped on this blog.

In the state of NY a scanner is illegal to some extend, I have emailed the attorney General of NY to find out if Informing and posting Emergency calls from private non government funded emergency groups radio is legal in the state of NY. In some states is against the law and carries a fine up to 10K, and jail time of 30 to 90 days.

The owner of this blog most likely is not aware of such a law even exist.

As soon as I get a response from NY state Attorney general I will post it here.

Again I am not trying to be rude just I am not in agreement of having every single Hatzollah call posted here

let me start by saying "i apologize" it was me who posted the name on that call, its a bad jugment call, i apologize and ask for forgivness from the bottom of my good heart as we all do these days

now on the legality of scanners i respectfully disagree although i admire you for trying.

and as favor please let me know what their reponse time on emails is, because i also have some issues to put up with them

    thank you
