Chester - Hasidic group says yeshiva wouldn't serve as launching pad for future expansions.

Chester - Members of Yeshiva Toras Chemed a Westchester Chasidic group announced last night that they had no plans to use a proposed yeshiva in Chester at their 18-acre property on Route 17M as a launching pad for future expansions into the town.
"We're not looking to expand anything at all except the school in the already approved buildings," said an administrator.
