Man That Caused Accident That Killed Rabbi Pesach Goldberg Gets The Maximum Prison Sentence
MONTICELLO, N.Y. -- The man that caused the accident that killed Brooklyn rabbi Pesach Goldberg was sentenced Friday to the maximum sentence of 1 1/2 to 4 1/2 years in prison.
Joseph Olivieri, 48, of Fallsburg, pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide and first-degree reckless endangerment in the July 24 death of 47-year-old Pesach Goldberg.
