Nyack - Tappan Zee Bridge +Two Lanes Closed+ Due to an unoccupied sailboat in the Hudson River under the Tappan Zee Bridge that's floating loose in the river and has struck some of the bridge pillars, NY State Police on the scene with NY State Thruway Authority have closed down two northbound lanes on the bridge, and also notified the US Coast Guard.
