Portion Of Eastern Parkway In Brooklyn To Undergo Transformation.

Mayor Bloomberg announced that beginning in 2007, the area of Eastern Parkway between Washington Avenue and Grand Army will undergo a transformation, creating more pedestrian space.
The $5.9 million plan calls for benches, landscaping and new lighting.
