Tashlich At The East River

NEW YORK, NY, October 04, 2005 — Jews from around the world celebrated Rosh Hashanah along with the ritual of Tashlich. The new year is commemorated with tossing bread crumbs into the water to cast away sins. WNYC’s reporter found a congregation at the East River in Brooklyn.

to all you ahron idiots: first of all, according to you, this kibud av thing is old news. secondly, this has absolutely zero to do with this news story.

you people have an obsession & everyone else has to suffer. you can't look at the whole world only thru ahron/zali glasses. come on, move on with your life. don't forget, the world existed long before ahron/zali.

it's aseres yimei teshuva. try thinking about yourselves & your family for a change. maybe there's something there that's not as should be. and if you can't find anything to be misaken, then you're not looking hard enough. everyone can find at least one thing to be mesaken in his own life. how is your own kibud av? how about the kibud av for the Aveenu Shebashomaim? are we mechabed Him like we should? think about it!
