To The Bloomberg Campaign Dependents What's Your Last Name

This week, two glossy brochures arrived from the re-election campaign of Mayor Bloomberg at an apartment on Gouverneur Avenue in the Bronx.

One resident of that apartment is listed as Martinez; the other, Levin.

For Martinez came a colorful piece with promises about public schools, affordable housing and growing more jobs to "increase opportunities for all."

To Levin was addressed something else: an eight-page mini-magazine with photos of "Mike the Mensch" wearing a yarmulke. A headline atop one of its pages proclaims: "Orthodox Jewish Families a Priority For Bloomberg."
