BERLIN, Germany - US Court Dismisses Holocaust-Era Claim

BERLIN, Germany - A US federal appeals court has upheld a lower court's decision to dismiss a $200 million claim by Jewish heirs to a German department store over land they say was wrongly taken from them by the Nazis, the store said Sunday.

A lawyer for the Wertheim heris said the appeals court decision did not deal with the essence of the case and that the claim would be refiled.
