Brooklyn - Noach Dear May Run Against Dov Hikind

Brooklyn - Former City Coucilman Noach Dear wants his old job back, and he may get a shot if Councilman Simcha Felder takes a job with the Bloomberg administration, as reported last week on VOS IZ NEIAS that Felder is poised to join Team Bloomberg as early as January.
Dear said he would consider running again for the office he held for 19 years - even though Assemblyman Dov Hikind also expressed interest in the seat.
