Kiryas Yoel +Search For Lost Person+ A search and rescue is going on by Public Safety for a missing at Rimenev Ct and Stropkov Ct., command post being set up and requesting FD and NY State Police to help in the search for a person that's lost in the woods and screaming for help.

If someone is screaming for help, then how is he lost? Just follow the screams?
Or did someone hear screams earlier, and they are trying to find the source of the screams.
