NYC Highway, Sewer Inspector Arrested

A New York City highway and sewer inspector has been arrested on charges that he accepted $200 in bribes from a private plumbing contractor.

The city's Department of Investigation says that he took money from the foreman of a Staten Island plumbing firm in exchange for overlooking poor repairs to a hole in the street that had been dug for plumbing work.
