TRENTON, NJ - Traditionally, Jews vote at higher rates than the total electorate, and they vote Democrat. Since 1989, Democrats running for governor have garnered between 60 percent and 82 percent of the Jewish vote, according to exit polls, so Republicans and Democrats are making strides in the New Jersey Jewish community.
