New Square - Utility Work And Street Work, Has Begun

New Square - Getting around the village will be a lot easier for residents in the coming years. A proposed north-south road would go from Reagan Road to Eisenhower Avenue, running through Adams Lane, and Lincoln, Jefferson, Truman and Eisenhower avenues, said the Village Clerk.
"There's a big need for a street going through the village," he said. "There's much more cars. This will make it easier."
He said a cost and a time frame had not yet been established, and the village would need to do a drainage study before work began.
