Blooming Grove - About 300 Homes To be Built On Lake Anne Club, Close To Kiryas Yoel

Blooming Grove - A group of investors has joined forces with Ziggy Brach, a member of the opposition movement in Kiryas Joel, and has struck a deal to build homes on the 862 acres that used to be Lake Anne Country Club.

The partners will share ownership of the land and split the profits from the sale of the houses they expect to build.

The group hasn't decided how many homes to propose, they estimated around 250 to 300.
