Englewood, NJ +Palisades Parkway Traffic Alert+ Northbound of the Palisades Interstade Parkway the ramp of exit 1 is closed and causing havey traffic back up due to a tractor trailer that wanderd onto the parkway and tried to exit the ramp and got stuck in the mud just off the exit ramp.
