Manhattan - G. Washington Bridge +Overturned Truck+ At the George Washington Bridge a tractor trailer overturned under the apartments coming off the upper level, truck went from inbound lanes overturned and flipped over the guardrails to the outbound lanes, PAPD on the scene reporting that the driver is pinned and working on extricating the driver.

All lane are closed for traffic going across the upper deck of the bridge.

PD are calling for a level one mobilization, upper level is shut down, just the lower level is open, but with very heavy delays.
