Manhattan +In The Line Of Duty Cop Collapses And Dies+ Friday night at 150 East 86th Street and Lexington Avenue, a NYPD officer, who racked up more than 200 arrests during his 10-year career, was in a foot pursuit after 3 perps for a robbery, when the officer suffered a fatal heart attack and was transported in cardiac arrest to Lenox Hill Hospital where he was pronounced DOA on arrival, two of the three perps are in custody.
"We'll take good care of him," Chief of Department Joseph Esposito promised.
