NYC - Parking Tickets Eased Up in 2005

NYC - The NYPD eased up on parking tickets in 2005 after a year-and-half-long rise, city records show.

Police officers and traffic agents wrote 9.5 million parking summonses last year, down from 10 million in 2004, according to city records.
