Brooklyn Homes Prices Go Thru Roof
Brooklyn - In the average home prices were surging 35% last year. The average price of a Brooklyn home is now $478,000 - a whopping $124,000 increase from last year.

They are certainly not including boro park and flatbush into this statistic because then the average price would be some thing like $700,000.
