Airmont - Yeshiva Case Adjourned To May

Airmont - The developer of yeshiva Mosdos Chofetz Chaim with adult-student housing will be in Ramapo Justice Court in May to answer a violation for using a construction trailer for a pre-school program.

The developer submitted an appeal March 6 to the town's Zoning Board of Appeals that under town law halted any judicial process, said the Deputy Town Attorney who is prosecuting the case.
He said the town would try to get the case before the land-use board at its May 4 meeting.
