Monticello, NY - Luxury Condo Will Cost $17M, Rise 7 Stories

Monticello, NY - Planning Board approved the biggest building to be constructed in Sullivan County in decades, a 92-unit luxury condo complex seven stories and 174,000 square feet, just off West Broadway overlooking Monticello Raceway. And construction begins next month, and expected to be completed by May 2007.

The complex, will be shaped like a "Y," with each of the extensions rising seven stories. It will be built on 4 acres, in a quiet, wooded area on Dunbar Road near Route 17B.
New York investors are funding the project.
