Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY +Basement Fire+ A working fire Friday night in the basement of a 20x60 multiple dwelling at 22 Rutledge Street between Kent Avenue and Wythe Avenue, FD on the scene called all handes and had water problems due dead hydrants in the area. Hatzolah was also working and all searches were negative.
