New York, NY - New Time To Pickup Your Trash Can

New York, NY - New York City residents now have until 9 p.m. on collection days to retrieve their empty trash cans from the curb under a new law signed yesterday by Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg. Before, empty cans were to be moved immediately. The new law also specifies that if trash is collected after 4 p.m., residents have until 9 a.m. the following day to retrieve the cans.
