Rockland County, Spring Valley, NY +Ruptured Gas Pump+ PD on the scene at the Shell Gas Station at Route 59 requesting the Fire Department on a rush for a gas pump that ruptured at the gas station and gas is spilling across Route 59, Route 59 will be shut down in both directions, expect major delays in the area.

wher eis there a shell gas station in Spring Valley? Isnt there one across from Chai?

There is a Shell station and car wash just past Fax Unlimited near the NYS Thruway north entrance.
