New York, NY +Power Outage+ A smoking manhole ended up cutting the power inside several Upper East Side buildings.
Fire Department is the scene at East 81st St and Park Ave with four residential buildings along Park Ave and in one on East 81st.
Con Ed crews are responding, there is no need for any evacuations yet.
