Monticello, NY +Pedestrian Struck+ A motor vehicle accident on Route 42 and Frazer Road near Har Nof with a 20-year-old pedestrian that was struck and was thrown 50 feet from the vehicle and has serious head trauma with an open skull and is unconscious, Hatzolah on the scene requesting ALS on a rush FD requesting Medivac to launch, L/Z at the parking lot of the Concord Hotel.

Stat Flight Air-2 has an ETA of 10 min, will be transport to Wechester Medical Center.

The teen died from his injuriesat Westchester Medical Center, the Sullivan County Sheriff's Department said yesterday.
No tickets were issued to the driver, Pamela Davis, 50, who passed drug or alcohol tests given at the scene. his brother said to authorities that they were walking on the shoulder, but the sheriff's department said evidence indicated Keith was in the road when he was struck.

deputies answered a 911 call of a pedestrian who was struck by a minivan on State Route 42 near Lake Kiamesha. The pedestrian, Keith Cardone, 18, of Fraser Road was walking with traffic, westbound on State Route 42 when a minivan, driven by Pamela Davis of Monticello struck him. Cardone suffered a head injury and was flown by helicopter to Westchester Medical Center where his condition is currently unknown.
