just for the record it was a old man that ran in 2 the road towards the car if not for the driver swurving of the road trying to avoid him the the man would of been dead

WE WERE THERE AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED ACCORDING TO EYE WITNESSES. THERE IS NO WAY THE DRIVER COULD HAVE AVOIDED HIM.
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW THE MAN IS DOING??
