Manhattan, NY +Large Protest+ A large protest in front of 27 East 39th Street, NYPD of the 17th Pct are calling for a level one mobilization and ESU responding to unruly protesters that chained them selfs to a fence and are climbing the light poles, also requesting multiple EMS units for some injured mos.

If it was the Mexican Consulate maybe they were protesting the Lakewood slumlords protest at the mayors house.
