Jerusalem, Israel +Fatal Accident+ An accident with a cement truck that fatally struck a pedestrian.

On Rechov Achinoam in the Sanhedria neighborhood, a elderly man was killed after a Cement truck struck him and rolled over him. The cement truck was backing into a construction area when the elderly man was struck. Hatzolah responded and started full CPR, MDA medics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
