St. Paul, MN - Muslims Removed from Plane

St. Paul MN - Six Muslim imams were removed from a US Airways flight at Minneapolis- St. Paul International Airport and questioned by police for several hours before being released. The six were among passengers who boarded Flight 300, bound for Phoenix.

A passenger initially raised concerns about the group through a note passed to a flight attendant, and police were called after the captain and airport security workers asked the men to leave the plane and the men refused.
"They took us off the plane, humiliated us in a very disrespectful way," said Omar Shahin, of Phoenix. Three of the Muslims stood and said their normal evening prayers together on the plane, Shahin said. He attributed any concerns by passengers or crew to ignorance about Islam. "I never felt bad in my life like that," he said. "I never. Six imams. Six leaders in this country. Six scholars in handcuffs. It's terrible."

The other passengers on the flight, which was carrying 141 passengers and five crew members, were re-screened for boarding, Rader said. The plane took off about three hours after the men were removed from the flight.

Good for them. Let them feel how the yidden feel by being terorized day in and day out by their moslem brothers.

Now they cry with crokedile tears.

The gut reaction is to smile and smile and smile. But the same thing could easily happen to three yiddish speaking chassidishe yidden who some white supremacist decided to report for standing and saying shmonei esrei. None of us would smile then.

    Were you on my flight?

We traveled from JFK to TLV with a stopover in Europe -
When we were settled for takeoff - I approached a stewardess and asked her
"We have to pray together for 10 minutes, can you please let us know when it is best for you for us to pray? We don't want to be in your way"
She answered: "In about an hour we will be done with flight service - then you will be able to pray"
So after an Hour and a half, when all services were done and it became quiet, the men stood up in a corner very quietly...
2 minutes after they stood up, the captian announced "Return to seats & FASTEN SEATBELTS" - and right after that the stewards started rushing down the aisle with the DUTY FREE wagon not stopping by seats for customers only bumping into the men davening and yelling "You are in our way"!!!

    Wow were they mean!!!
(The davening was over in 5 minutes...)

You might say "what would you do if 12 Arab men stood up together... Wouldn't that be scary???"
It would, but here we notified the crew in advance and got an okay... I think it was really "anti semetic" When I (A woman) asked permission to pray, I think they didn't realize that we were Jews!]
When they saw the men, they got very mean!

how can u compare 'jews praying' to arabs - they had bought it upon themselves by preaching and practicing the line of terrorism. most ppl the first thing when they hear: ISLAM = terror!!

so how can u blame anyone for putting 2&2 (moslems praying with terror) together.

but by jews praying whats the excuse if not antisemitism.
