Woodbury, NY - Election is Coming Up And So Are The Corrupted Tactics
Woodbury, NY - A letter with Kiryas Joel letterhead on it, circulating and hand-delivered to residence of the Village of Woodbury, is addressed "to our Woodbury Neighbors" and is asking village residence to vote for mayoral candidate Ralph Caruso. It praises Caruso for helping Kiryas Joel win grants through his work for state Senator William Larkin.
But Kiryas Joel officials say they had nothing to do with the letter, that purports to be an endorsement by their residents for the mayoral candidate Ralph Caruso. "We're not taking any position in this election," Village Administrator Gedalye Szegedin said.
Caruso is one of four candidates for mayor running tomorrow in the first Village of Woodbury election. Eight other people are running for four trustee seats.

i dont think that the woodbury will vote for a guy that is getting the endorsement from the Kiryas Joel village. & i think that KJ knows about it. so it doesn't make sense that they send it out.

No, it was probably done by one of the other candidates trying to get people NOT to vote for him
