Building That Collapsed Yesterday Had Past Violations.

Several violations issued over the years for the building over at 125-129 Park Ave. Where part of the wall crashed down through the roof of the bodega next door killing a customer 24 and injuring several others. It was cited by the Department of Buildings for instability, and another violation for a leaning chimney and cracks and holes in the walls.
