NY +Thunderstorms Warning+ Strong thunderstorms about to move in to NYC area wind gusts of 40+ MPH and even deadly lightning are a threat with these storms.
Orange, Sullivan, Rockland, Ulster and Putnam Counties, storm damage with numerous trees down.
Woodbury one house on 1 Jefferson Dr. was struck by lightning, requesting FD from Monroe for a 1 alarm fire.
Also a flood advisory for NYC 5 Boros, heavy rain rates 5-1 inches an hour.
