Orange county filed suit in November to challenge the validity of Kiryas Yoel's proposed water pipeline, they are scheduled to appear before acting Supreme Court Justice Stewart Rosenwasser Wednesday to deliver arguments in the county's lawsuit against Kiryas Yoel arguing that it glossed over critical issues such as sewage treatment.
