Water Shortage Strikes Rockland County

Officials from United Water have asked their 260,000 customers in Rockland County to conserve water for the next few days because the company's water tanks are at dangerously low levels.

Officials have asked all customers to stop using water outdoors for the next 48 hours.

United Water's vice president, says an electrical storm caused a black out last night that prevented workers from restoring water to storage tanks.
