Monticello +MVA Route 17-B+ On Route 17-B in White Lake in front of Blencher's Diner 3 miles past Machna Kiyitz, an MVA between a motorcycle and a car, Hatzolah on the scene, requesting additional BLS and additional ALS to the scene and 2 busses.

Two very critical patiants. I was at the scene and watched the flight crew intubating a 30 year old.
He also had his leg rotated (angulated and broken) with severe head trauma, specially near his eye. he was combative (sign of serius head injusry). hatzaloh medics cannot do much to this, but stat flight has a RN who gave drugs, knocked him out and intubated.

the second was a 50 year old woman. she was unresponsive and was intubated by hatzolah medics. It looked to me she had a broken left hand. also an open chest wound. the medics twice inserted a needle to decompress her chest. she also has head injuries.
the other car was a small car, which spun around on impact.

For all the critics that claim that Hatzolah treats only jews, let this story prove that it is not true.
These victims were African Americans, and Hatzolah was the one that treated the patients, and called for 2 choppers.
The first unit on the scene called for ALS and BLS backup from Hatzolah. Contrary to popular belief, there was no call for no further.

THAT IS PURE NONSENSE, PARAMEDICS
ARE MORE TRAINED THAN NURSES (MOST NURSES)
THEY CAN GIVE MEDICATION TO KNOCK SOMBODY OUT IF NEEDED
AS A MATTER OF FACT
THAT IS USUALLY WHAT IS GIVEN WHEN SOMEBODY HAS A SEIZURE
