MIAMI Forecasters at the National Hurricane Center have downgraded Hurricane Rita to a Category 2 storm.
And in Washington, FEMA says there are no reported deaths in connection with Hurricane Rita.

there was a bus explosion with about 20 people dead
on their way evacuating from rita
can that be enough to blaim?

It was the idiot bus driver who left oxygen tanks in the cargo hold of the coach bus.
When the brakes sparked it blew up the entire bus.
Had nothing to do with the hurricane

When not the warning of the upcoming Hurricane and to evacuate then the bus would never be on the road to begin with.
(The oxygen tanks were needed for the senior citizens on the bus )
