Manhattan +Midtown Tunnel Shut Down+ Also closing down all bridges.
This was a pursuit, they have the vehicle on Montgomery St. and Broadway and the weapon was found on the FDR Drive but not the perp.
Perp held up a watch store in Manhattan on 56th St and 2nd Ave. then fled in a blue pick-up with duct tape over the license plates, he fired some shots during the pursuit, the pursuit took place on the FDR Drive.
The vehicle is being safeguarded for Canine Units, scanner was found in the vehicle, PD Aviation, ESU and Highway Units all on the scene for a masive search for 2 male perps.
