Queens +Belt parkway & Van Wyck Expressway Closed+ An on-duty police officer with a heart condition is having some chest pain at Beach Channel Drive and 116th St. PD, ESU, EMS and Highway units all on the scene, officer will be taken to Jamaica Hospital, route will be Belt Parkway eastbound to the Van Wyck Expressway northbound, route is frozen at this time by Highway units.
