Record Takes AP Award For Reporting On Kiryas Yoel MonDroe
The Times Herald-Record staffers won awards for writing and photography in the New York State Associated Press Association's 2004-05 contest. The awards were presented yesterday at the annual meeting and awards banquet. The Record competed with other newspapers with circulations of 50,000 to 125,000 for writing awards.
One of the winners was Chris McKenna for Beat reporting, honorable mention: Village of Kiryas Joel.

someone put a virus onto his computer so that whenever he types the letters "Mon", the computer automatically adds a D!
