I heard that last night they were still trying to save her legs. It happened because some stupid lady was on her cell phone when this happened. ABISSELE SYCHEL!!

It was the driver using a cell phone. The pedestrian is my cousin. She has to have several surgeries on her feet. It will be a long road to a complete recovery. Boruch Hashem she is alive.
