Manhattan +Macy's Parade Incident+ At the Macy's parade at Times Herald Square West 43rd Street and Broadway, one of the ropes of the M&M candy float balloon struck a light post which fell into the crowd injuring 2 children spectators, PD, ESU and FD all on the scene requesting EMS on a rush, getting an escort from PD Highway Units.
Parade has been halted for now.
