Bronx +Mistaken Identity, Cop Shoots Cop+ A drunken off-duty NYPD officer from the 52nd Pct was holding a man at gun-point outside a Bronx eatery at 1831 Webster Avenue and East 176th Street when he was shot three times by a veteran officer from the 46th Pct in a case of mistaken identity.
Officer is critically injured and was in likely condition.


The city's last cop-on-cop shooting was more than a decade ago.
