Manhattan +Boat In Distress+ A boat from the Waterway Ferry with about 200 passengers on board is in distress and taking in water, USCG will be towing the boat to Pier 11, ESU awaiting and standing by at that location. All aboard have life vests on.

Boat docked, all passengers are safe at Pier 11.
