Queens +Rikers Island Missing Prisoner+ At Rikers Island Prison has been placed by Corrections Dept. on Code Red on total lockdown due to a missing/escaped prisoner from a general count, NYPD Aviation, Harbor, FD and ESU are all requested to do a shoreline search.
